Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our dynamic HR team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including talent acquisition, data collection, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and contribute to our HR initiatives while developing essential skills in a professional environment. Duties
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings and screening resumes through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Support talent acquisition efforts by coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates.
  • Participate in data collection and analysis for HR metrics and reporting.
  • Help develop training materials and assist in training sessions for new employees.
  • Contribute to change management initiatives by supporting communication strategies and employee engagement activities.
  • Assist in affirmative action planning efforts to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining employee records and filing documents.
  • Collaborate on various HR projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project management best practices. Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Workday or similar HR software is preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on conflict management techniques.
  • Basic understanding of training development principles and project management methodologies is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive attitude towards learning new concepts related to human resources practices.
