- Scheduling interviews and processing the hiring packages.
- Providing guidance as the Time and Leave Administrator within the Integrated HR-Payroll System.
- Preparing New Hire Orientation paperwork and conducting New Employee Orientation.
- Maintaining confidentiality and remaining up to date on NC state benefits to help guide new and/or current employees.
- Maintaining and organizing files and records, both hard and electronic copies, and tracking data.
- Reviewing complicated tasks to ensure accuracy and integrity of information.
- Working under pressure to meet deadlines for reports and other requirements.
- Comprehending and abiding by policy and procedures.

The Division of Institutions manages the daily operations of all state-operated prison facilities across North Carolina. Facilities are categorized by custody levels (minimum, medium, close) and house individuals serving sentences for felony convictions. The division provides safety, security, and rehabilitative services through trained custody staff, program facilitators, and administrative personnel.About Sampson Correctional Institution:
Sampson Correctional Institution is in Clinton, North Carolina and houses up to 462 male offenders in a medium/minimum custody facility.Supplemental Application Information:
