This entry-level position is responsible for processing payroll, maintaining employee records, supporting onboarding activities, and assisting with general office and HR administration. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Process weekly payroll Maintain employee personnel files and HR records. Assist with new hire onboarding and employee paperwork. Enter and update employee information in HR and payroll systems. Respond to employee questions related to payroll and basic HR processes. Support recruiting activities, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates. Assist with data entry, filing, reporting, and other administrative tasks as assigned.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous administrative, office support, customer service, or payroll experience preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Benefits:
