- Maintaining HR records in accordance with company policies and assisting with data entry, reporting, and HR system updates.
- Serving as a point of contact for associate questions and HR-related inquiries, providing outstanding customer service.
- Supporting onboarding activities for new associates and coordinating employee engagement initiatives and company events. This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Hold a High School Diploma or GED (an Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred).
- Have 2-3 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Possess strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
