TIME & ATTENDANCE COORDINATOR EMPLOYMENT TYPE
| Full-Time, On-site
LOCATION
| Salisbury, NC
PAY RATE
| $18 per hour
SCHEDULED WORKDAYS
| Mondays, Tuesday, Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays
SCHEDULE HOURS
| 8:30AM - 4:30PM Extended hours and everyday availability are required during peak floral holidays, including Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and other major holiday periods as business needs require.
JOB SUMMARY
| The Time & Attendance Coordinator is responsible for managing the company's timekeeping system through ADP, ensuring employee time records are accurate and compliant with company policies and applicable labor laws.
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
| Time & Attendance Coordinator requirements and responsibilities include the following: manage employees' ADP time and attendance system. Review, audit, and maintain employee timecards for accuracy and completeness. Monitor missed punches, attendance exceptions, overtime, and meal break compliance. Resolve timekeeping discrepancies and partner with supervisors to ensure timely approval of timecards. Generate time and attendance reports and monitor attendance trends. Support payroll by ensuring accurate and timely submission of employee time records. Notify the HR department of all incoming new hires and employee terminations to ensure accurate onboarding and offboarding processes. Assist new hires with the onboarding process, including completing required onboarding documents and answering questions related to ADP. Guide employees and supervisors on timekeeping procedures and company attendance policies. Maintain confidential employee records and support HR with administrative projects and audits. Ensure compliance with company policies and federal, state, and local wage and hour laws. Creating updated personnel configurations each day Communicating with labor agencies to fill roles as needed Scanning and uploading vendor invoices and trucking BOLs
ADDITIONAL DESIRED SKILLS
| A Plus for candidates, but not required: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred. Previous experience in timekeeping, payroll support, HR, or a related administrative role. Experience with ADP Workforce Now or other ADP timekeeping systems preferred. Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to handle confidential information.
WORK ENVIRONMENT EXPECTATIONS
| Office environment with frequent interaction with employees, supervisors, payroll, and HR. Prolonged periods of sitting and computer work. Occasional additional hours may be required during payroll processing. Fluent in English and Spanish
