Share Share Email Post Share Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and people-focused candidate to help support our company in a variety of human resources and general business functions. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with people, has strong attention to detail, and is comfortable managing multiple tasks. This individual should be proactive, organized, and willing to take ownership of administrative responsibilities and follow projects through to completion. Key Responsibilities Human Resources & Recruiting Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process. Prepare new-hire paperwork and maintain accurate personnel records. Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation. Ensure required employment documentation is completed accurately and timely. Maintain confidential employee files and records in an organized manner. Assist employees and management with routine HR-related questions and requests. Administrative & Financial Support Provide general administrative support to management and various departments. Maintain organized electronic and paper files. Assist with invoices, expense documentation, purchase records, and other financial administrative tasks. Assist with data entry, spreadsheets, reports, and recordkeeping. Qualifications Previous experience in human resources, office administration, or a related field preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Comfortable working with employees and management at all levels. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities. Strong follow-through and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently while also being an effective member of a team.
