Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Recruiter to support the hiring of qualified warehouse and light industrial employees. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of recruiting experience, preferably in warehouse, manufacturing, or staffing environments. This role is responsible for recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and maintaining a steady pipeline of candidates to meet staffing needs. Key Responsibilities Recruit and hire warehouse personnel, including pickers, packers, forklift operators, loaders, unloaders, shipping and receiving clerks, inventory associates, and general laborers. Source candidates using job boards, social media, employee referrals, community partnerships, and recruiting events. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews. Complete pre-employment processes, including background checks, employment verification, and new-hire paperwork. Maintain accurate applicant records using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified warehouse candidates for current and future openings. Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the hiring process. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience , preferably in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or staffing. High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Experience recruiting high-volume hourly employees. Strong communication, organization, and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems. Ability to prioritize multiple openings in a fast-paced environment. Work Schedule Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Full-time Preferred Qualifications Experience with warehouse staffing and seasonal hiring. Knowledge of warehouse job requirements and safety practices. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
