About the Role Seeking a professional, organized, and dependable individual to support the daily operations of our client's growing privately owned business. This role goes beyond traditional administrative duties. The ideal candidate will take ownership of their responsibilities, support management, help improve processes, and contribute to the overall success of the company. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain company records, documentation, and filing systems Become proficient in our CRM system and support daily operations Assist with bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable Process invoices, payments, collections, commissions, and subcontractor payments Maintain vendor and subcontractor records and required documentation Answer phones and provide excellent customer service Communicate professionally with customers, employees, vendors, and management Support day-to-day administrative and operational needs Assist with employee records, HR documentation, and internal procedures Identify opportunities to improve office processes and efficiency Research and recommend tools, systems, and solutions that support business growth Perform additional administrative and operational duties as needed Qualifications We're looking for someone who is: Professional, trustworthy, and dependable Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable working with numbers and financial information Skilled in written and verbal communication Proficient with technology and able to learn new software quickly Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proactive, resourceful, and accountable Comfortable handling confidential information Able to work effectively with both customers and internal team members Able to pass a background check Preferred Experience Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred: Office administration or office management Accounting or bookkeeping Accounts payable/accounts receivable Customer service Human resources or employee administration CRM software Supporting a small or growing business We are willing to train the right candidate on our systems and processes. Compensation & Benefits $55,000-$65,000 starting salary, based on experience Paid time off (PTO) 6 paid holidays annually Monday-Friday schedule Additional benefits discussed during the interview process If you're organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoy helping a business operate efficiently and grow, we'd love to hear from you.
