Position Overview The Part-Time HR Administrative Support role is responsible for assisting with recruitment coordination, onboarding documentation, caregiver compliance tracking, file management, and general administrative HR tasks. This position plays a critical role in ensuring our caregivers remain credentialed, compliant, and supported. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with caregiver recruitment process (posting job ads, screening applications, scheduling interviews)
  • Coordinate onboarding documentation and ensure all required paperwork is completed
  • Maintain and update employee records.
  • Track caregiver certifications, licenses, physicals, and background checks for compliance
  • Send reminders for expiring documents and follow up with staff
  • Assist with orientation coordination and training documentation
  • Support payroll preparation with timesheet verification
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR and office team Qualifications
  • Previous experience in HR, administrative support, or office coordination preferred Note that Administrative Experience is
MANDATORY
  • Must have experience in Healthcare or Home Care industry. Must have experience in Staffing or Recruitment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Skills & Attributes
