Job description Human Resource/ Payroll Coordinator (M-F 8:30 -5:00PM) A helping hand is key to the success of EMS, LLC, and an eager Human Resources specialist is the helping hand we need. Our company represents many healthcare accounts, which comes with a load of clerical needs, and we need a Human Resource coordinator to help keep organized and provide support to staff and management. If you are looking to become a HR coordinator you must have a desire to explain and break down information gathered and turn it into an accessible and understandable version. A HR assistant with a charming and pleasing personality, with strong communication skills, and is willing to be a jack of all trades, is precisely who we need. Your duties will be to handle all incoming phone calls, payroll, manage files, assist HR, and update paperwork and documents. Your ability to write legibly and work proficiently with Microsoft Office is essential. Must have experience in human resources / payroll in ADP WFN. Typical duties and responsibilities Update paperwork, maintain documents, and word processing Manage the cloud filing system Process payroll -ADP WFN Benefits administration Manage office supplies Perform the necessary general office clerk duties Provide hiring information to accounts Handle all incoming calls and other communications Schedule medical for new hires and follow up. Education and experience High school diploma or equivalent Less than 2 years experience Required skills and qualifications Great computer skills Knowledgeable Excel basics (formatting, copy, paste, sort, etc.) Exceptional phone skills Outstanding customer service Quick learner and ability to multitask Self-starter and ability to work independently Excellent time management Attention to detail Payroll -ADP WFN Preferred qualifications Excellent skills to prioritize and organize Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills and outstanding customer service Must be committed to details
