We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about HR, passionate about hospitality, and eager to grow their career in Human Resources. The HR Coordinator will play a key role in colleague engagement, recognition programs, and day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain HR files and documentation Maintenance of incoming calls and walk-in inquiries Manage hotel-wide recognition initiatives, including service anniversaries, birthdays, awards, cafeteria theme days and colleague survey planning/execution Coordinate and support various colleague engagement events throughout the year Assist with recruiting efforts, including screening candidates and coordinating interviews Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork, facilitating orientation and ensuring a welcoming start Manage offboarding documentation and procedures Draft and send personnel announcements Provide general administrative support for the HR department as needed The hourly rate for this position is $25.00. Qualifications Bilingual strongly preferred. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy. Enthusiastic and passionate about colleague engagement and HR in hospitality.
