Job Description
Position Summary The HR Operations Coordinator supports the Human Resources function by executing day-to-day HR operations with a high level of organization, accuracy, and consistency. This role is responsible for managing recruiting workflows, administrative processes, and employee support functions while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency. This position requires a highly organized and proactive individual who can manage multiple priorities, maintain attention to detail, and contribute to a structured and efficient HR environment. The HR Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting employee experience and maintaining operational discipline.
Skills and Responsibilities Recruiting Operations & Coordination:
Manage and maintain the recruiting workflow, including tracking candidates and updating recruiting logs. Conducts phone screenings and assess candidate alignment with role requirements. Schedules and coordinates interviews with hiring managers. Prepare and issue offer letters. Maintain timely and professional communication with candidates.Skills Required:
Organization, time management, communication, attention to detail.HR Administration & Employee Support:
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions. Support onboarding processes and new hire experience. Assist employees with systems such as UKG and Culture Amp. Maintain accurate employee records and documentation. Ensure legal postings and compliance requirements are up to date.Skills Required:
Customer service mindset, communication, confidentiality, organization.Benefits & Invoice Reconciliation :
Review and reconcile benefits invoices for accuracy. Manage staffing agency invoice reconciliation. Identify discrepancies and escalate as needed. Ensure timely processing and tracking of invoices.Skills Required:
Attention to detail, analytical thinking, accountability, consistency.Timekeeping & Payroll Support:
Assist with timecard reconciliation and accuracy checks. Partner with departments to resolve discrepancies prior to payroll.Skills Required:
Detail orientation, follow-through, problem-solving.Culture, Engagement & Office Support:
Coordinate employee recognition (birthdays, anniversaries). Support Fun Squad initiatives and employee engagement activities. Participates as a culture and safety ambassador. Support basic office operations including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory.Skills Required:
Initiative, organization, collaboration, service orientation.Safety & Compliance Support:
Participate in Safety Committee initiatives. Support safety communication and awareness efforts.Skills Required:
Accountability, teamwork, attention to detail.HR Projects & Process Improvement:
Assist with job description development and analysis. Support handbook updates and HR initiatives. Utilize AI tools to improve efficiency and streamline processes. Identifies opportunities for process improvement.Skills Required:

Willingness to perform other work-related duties as assigned and support team needs as required. Education and/or Work Experience Requirements 2+ years of experience in HR coordination, HR support, or administrative roles with HR exposure Experience with HRIS systems (UKG preferred) Strong Excel and organizational skills requiredCompetencies Organization & Structure :
