Job Description
Bilingual HR Coordinator - Temporary Role (no end date known) Pay rate: $22/hr.
Shift:
Mon-Fri 8am-5pm OT as needed based on business need As our new bilingual HR Coordinator, you will focus on employee relations, investigations, taking statements, documentation, and communication with remote HR leadership, while also providing day-to-day support for onsite operations. Based full-time at the customer warehouse, you will serve as a primary point of contact for associates and client managers, balancing HR responsibilities with operational coordination to maintain a positive associate and client experience. This is not a remote position. What You'll Do Act as the onsite HR liaison, representing Integrity Staffing and serving as the link between associates, client managers, and the remote HR leader. Conduct and support employee relations investigations, including interviewing associates, taking statements, documenting incidents, and escalating findings to the remote HR leader for review. Handle confidential associate concerns related to conduct, performance, policy compliance, and workplace interactions. Support onboarding and orientation activities, ensuring associates understand workplace expectations, attendance policies, and escalation procedures. Monitor attendance, validate absences, and maintain documentation for HR-related case tracking. Assist with corrective action processes by preparing documentation, scheduling follow-ups, and ensuring consistency in handling cases. Communicate regularly with the remote HR leader on escalated matters, sharing detailed documentation and recommendations. What You'll Need Fluency in Spanish/English (reading/writing/speaking) is required 2-3 years of HR, employee relations, or operations coordination experience; warehouse or staffing environment preferred. Demonstrated experience with investigations, interviewing, and incident documentation. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple sensitive issues simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite; ability to adapt to client-specific HR/operations systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to confidently interact with associates, client managers, and HR leadership. High level of discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment in handling sensitive HR matters. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with both desk-based and floor-based responsibilities. Physical Demands This role is based on the floor in the warehouse and requires regular walking and standing, climbing steps, and occasional lifting (up to 49 lbs.) or movement of materials.Pay:
