RESPONSIBILITIES
Working in close partnership with HR Director and other HR team members, you will: Support employee engagement activities and events Assist with day-to-day office and supply management Help manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and shipments Provide support with equipment logistics and coordination between teams Assist with vendor orders and related administrative tasks Provide general administrative support to the
HR REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent Working proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, sorting, filtering); able to learn internal systems Accurate typing and strong attention to detail Comfortable with a mix of desk-based work and physical tasks throughout the day, including lifting and carrying packages or supplies (up to 50 lbs), stocking shelves, and moving around the office Reliable, punctual, and able to work on-site Monday-Friday Basic written and verbal English communication Authorized to work in the
United States Pay:
