Duties Assist with talent acquisition efforts by supporting recruiting activities, including sourcing candidates through e verify Coordinate employee orientation sessions to ensure new hires are welcomed and integrated smoothly into the company culture. Support employee evaluation processes by gathering data, maintaining records, and assisting with performance management initiatives. Assist in managing health benefits , including enrollment, changes, and inquiries related to health insurance, workers' compensation, and other employee benefits. Help maintain compliance with employment and labor laws by preparing documentation for regulatory reporting and supporting affirmative action planning. Contribute to workforce management activities such as scheduling training & development programs and assisting with succession planning efforts. Handle confidential information with integrity while supporting HR data collection, data entry, and Excel data analysis for reporting purposes. Requirements Proven experience in human resources management or HR department experience is preferred. Strong knowledge of employment law, FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), OSHA regulations, and HR legal compliance standards. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle employee relations issues professionally and tactfully. Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
