Job Description

Preferred Care at Wall is seeking a motivated Staffing Coordinator/Recruiter to support hiring and staffing operations in our nursing home. This role is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and coordinating staff to ensure quality resident care.
Responsibilities include:
Full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles (CNAs, LPNs, RNs, dietary, housekeeping, and administrative staff) Screening applicants, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with NJ and federal regulations Partnering with department heads to meet staffing needs Utilizing Recruitment platforms Ensure the nursing department is adequately staffed each day with the required number of licensed personnel to remain compliant with all state and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
Healthcare recruiting or staffing experience preferred Long-term care or nursing home experience strongly desired Strong communication and organizational skills Knowledge of employment laws and healthcare compliance Join a supportive team dedicated to providing exceptional resident care and employee growth.
