Primary Responsibilities Hiring & Onboarding:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for driver positions, including posting jobs, reviewing applications, conducting interviews, extending offers, and overseeing onboarding processes (PRIMARY FOCUS)
Benefits Administration:
Manage employee benefits programs, enrollment, and policy compliance
Claims Management:
Handle unemployment claims and follow-ups on injury/accident claims with thoroughness and care
Employee Communications:
Update employee bulletin boards, share company announcements, and maintain internal communications
Culture & Engagement:
Lead company culture initiatives, employee engagement events, and team-building activities
Executive Support:
Serve as executive assistant to the owner with calendar management, scheduling, administrative tasks, and general office management
What We're Looking For Required Qualifications:
0-5 years of HR, recruitment, or administrative experience (entry to mid-level professionals welcome) Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and customer service orientation Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn HR software systems quickly Professional demeanor, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality High school diploma or equivalent; some college or certification coursework preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
