Open Enrollment Season Position Overview LHH Recruiting is seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Human Resources Assistant to support our client's HR team during the busy open enrollment season. This role is heavily focused on the administrative side of Human Resources and will assist with employee file maintenance, benefits administration support, data updates, and ensuring compliance with HR documentation requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized professional who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep HR processes running smoothly. The position does not involve employee relations, investigations, or training responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Assist with open enrollment administrative activities and employee benefit documentation Process and update employee information in Paychex and other HR systems Organize, audit, and maintain personnel files for accuracy and compliance Perform extensive file clean-up and documentation updates Ensure HR records meet company and regulatory compliance requirements Respond to basic employee benefit and enrollment questions Scan, upload, and file HR documents electronically and physically as needed Support HR team with data entry, reporting, and administrative projects Maintain confidentiality of employee information and sensitive records Qualifications Previous administrative experience in Human Resources, benefits administration, payroll, or office support Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience working with HRIS systems; Paychex experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting open enrollment or employee benefits administration Knowledge of HR documentation and recordkeeping best practices Prior experience conducting file audits or compliance reviewsPay Details:
