Job Description
The Computer Operator provides technical and administrative support for workforce management, point-of-sale (POS), and store technology systems across the Exchange. This position serves as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for Workforce Management Program (WFMP) operations, ensuring accurate workforce scheduling, payroll processing, and system functionality. Process timesheet corrections and schedule adjustments. Review payroll data for accuracy and take corrective action as necessary. Ensure compliance with applicable workforce management and payroll procedures. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
