Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our dynamic HR team. In this vital role, you will support a wide range of human resources functions, ensuring smooth operations and fostering a positive workplace environment. Responsibilities Assist with talent acquisition activities, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires to ensure a seamless recruitment process Support employee orientation programs by preparing materials, conducting presentations, and facilitating smooth integration for new team members Maintain accurate HR records and manage data entry within HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors Coordinate benefits administration tasks, including enrollment processes, benefits inquiries, and documentation management Contribute to performance management initiatives by assisting with employee evaluations, tracking progress, and supporting training & development programs Help ensure compliance with employment laws such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), and other regulatory requirements Handle confidential information with integrity while supporting HR sourcing efforts and workforce management projects Experience Previous experience in an HR department or administrative role supporting human resources functions is preferred Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday, Oracle HCM, UltiPro, or similar platforms is highly desirable Knowledge of employment & labor law, HR legal compliance, and benefits administration practices is advantageous Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office applications—especially Excel data analysis—and data collection are essential for success in this role Strong communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally and effectively Experience with recruiting tools such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like iCIMS or Lever will be considered a plus Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently within a fast-paced environment while demonstrating excellent organizational skills Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to fostering a positive work environment through strategic planning, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.
