What to Expect The Onboarding Coordinator is part of a larger Training team supporting and influencing the Tesla culture at Gigafactory Nevada. A successful Onboarding Coordinator will be approachable, outgoing and exudes the Tesla mission in all facets. What You'll Do Facilitate production process training, new hire onboarding, coordinate with leads on training plans, schedules, new/cross training; Emphasize safety, quality, productivity Work hands-on in production to understand processes and improve training. Relay updated processes and documentation In-depth knowledge of MOS transactions to track production processes. Ensure
