Essential Job Duties:
1. Responds to staffing questions, schedules staff and/or agency to fill openings. 2. Maintains master time schedule, incorporating vacations, resignations, new hires, etc. 3. Prepares and posts monthly master staffing schedule within department guidelines. 4. Schedules per diem staff to fill openings and call-ins on monthly master staffing schedules and prepares daily sign-up sheets indicating additional unassigned hours available.
Qualifications include:
High School Diploma and/or Associates Degree in related field. 3 years health care scheduling experience required. Direct experience with payroll timekeeping software such as ADP or Kronos and knowledge of computer based scheduling systems. Efficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
