Base Salary:

list of America's fastest-growing companies. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Recruiting Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting candidate screenings, supporting recruiting operations, and maintaining applicant records.
Duties & Responsibilities:
As a Recruiting Assistant, you will serve as the first point of contact for many candidates, helping to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process while maintaining accurate recruiting records and supporting departmental initiatives.
You will:
Conduct initial phone screenings with candidates who apply to open positions Verify applicant information and update records in the applicant tracking system Manage candidates through the prescreening stage of the hiring process Consistently meet and exceed phone screen KPIs and other recruitment metrics Support the Recruiting Department with various administrative tasks, including drafting job descriptions, generating reports and tracking data, as well as assisting with proactive sourcing and talent pipeline development efforts.
Requirements:
Experience in Recruiting or Human Resources or a related field is preferred Strong phone communication skills and comfortable with conducting outbound phone calls Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
