Job Description
This role offers a hands-on opportunity to gain experience across key Recruitment functions including scheduling interviews, creating offer letters, onboarding new hires, job posting, advertising support and overall general administrative support for the department. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly organized, and passionate about building a positive employee experience while developing foundational HR skills in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Support the interview process by coordinating and scheduling interviews for Corporate Office and store locations via phone and email
- Conduct initial candidate pre-screens for select roles, documenting key qualifications and insights
- Utilize the UKG and Rapid Hire Talent system to assist with daily updates and follow-up, onboarding and offer letters for employees, new hires, and candidates
- Provide general support to the recruiting team and assist with additional projects and responsibilities as assigned Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred
- Highly motivated with strong integrity and professional ethics
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Eager to learn and gain experience within a fast-paced Human Resources environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with working knowledge of databases
- Comfortable working with applicant tracking systems, preferably UKG What You'll Gain
- Hands-on experience across multiple areas of Human Resources, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
- Exposure to HR and ATS systems and processes within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
