Human Resources Technician:

Maintain and update employee records in both electronic and paper formats Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and pre-employment screenings Support employees and managers with HR policies, benefits, and administrative matters Coordinate employee engagement programs, surveys, and team-building activities Track time off, absences, and support disability program claims Ensure compliance with HR policies and participate in internal audits Your skills and experience: Associate's degree in human resources, administration, or related field 1 to 3 years of experience in an HR administrative role, preferably in manufacturing Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism Knowledge of HR management practices and applicable labor laws What you can expect from
