We are professional, agile and our goal is to offer a supportive culture and competitive pay & benefits. We are introducing several new product lines to North America as part of our global expansion, and are seeking several additions to our veteran team.
POSITION SUMMARY
The HR / Office Administrator must be proactive and detail-oriented to manage day-to-day office operations and support HR functions. This position will ensure efficient administrative operations while also supporting HR responsibilities including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. This role is responsible for coordinating and assisting the management team members including the President, VP of Sales, Director of Operations, Human Resource Manager, Quality / EHS Manager, etc.. Daily tasks will vary depending on team members' needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND REPONSIBILITIES
1. Assist with human resource functions, including but not limited to, payroll processing, onboarding, recruiting, interviewing, benefit coordination, etc. 2. Provide administrative support to team members including data entry, document creation, etc. 3. Oversee the smooth operation of the office, including supplies management, vendor coordination and facilities 4. Preparation of travel plans; domestic and international, prior experience preferred 5. Organization of meetings and meals 6. Coordination of marketing material and distribution 7. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
Human Resources Support:
Assist in the recruitment process: job advertising, screen resumes, conduct and coordinate interviews, attendance at job/career fairs, etc. Conduct new hire onboarding and orientation sessions. Maintain accurate HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data entry, payroll processing coordination, and data collection for reporting purposes Support benefits administration and answer employee questions about policies and procedures. Assist with performance review coordination and training logistics. Help ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies. Support employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture efforts.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
1. Proven experience as an office administrator, HR generalist, or similar role 2. Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures. 3. Understanding of HR principles and labor laws 4. Experience handling confidential information with integrity while maintaining professionalism in employee relations scenarios 5. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HRIS systems. 6. Strong organizational and time management skills. 7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 8. Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities. Ability to speak and understand Spanish, a plus

$70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
