WOW! Facility Services is hiring a Payroll Specialist to own weekly payroll and HR administration for our hourly workforce across New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. What you'll do every week Run weekly payroll from start to finish for hourly employees Review timecards, fix missed punches, and calculate overtime correctly Process garnishments, deductions, rate changes, and corrections Manage benefits enrollment, personnel files, and employee changes Handle unemployment, workers comp, and employment verification paperwork You're a great fit if you have 3+ years of hands on payroll processing, ideally weekly payroll for hourly staff Solid knowledge of overtime, deductions, garnishments, and payroll taxes High accuracy and strong discretion with confidential information Experience with payroll software and Excel Bilingual English and Spanish is a strong plus What we offer $25 to $28 per hour, based on experience Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Health benefits and vacation days A people first culture built on Humility, Heart, Integrity, Kindness, and Passion WOW!
