Project Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile contingent worker to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a period up to 12 months. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting high‑volume recruiting activities and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. A high level of professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail is essential to success in this position. In this role, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the day-to-day operations while the broader team is engaged in an HR transformation project. Experience with SAP and SuccessFactors is a plus; experience with Workday is a bonus. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain comprehensive HR experience within a supportive environment.
Job Functions & Responsibilities:
Manage high‑volume interview scheduling, coordinating directly with candidates and recruiters to arrange phone screens, virtual interviews, and onsite interviews. Partner closely with recruiters to understand hiring needs and ensure timely and accurate support throughout the recruitment process. Post and advertise open positions across job boards, LinkedIn, and other relevant sourcing platforms. Maintain precise and up‑to‑date candidate information in the applicant tracking system and shared cloud locations, ensuring data accuracy and compliance. Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, including dashboards and presentations, as requested. Support Talent Acquisition in preparation for career fairs and hiring events. Assist with Talent Acquisition and HR programs, projects, and initiatives as needed.
Skills:
Proficiency in Office 365 and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent customer service abilities when engaging with all levels of the organization. Exceptional attention to detail is required, with strong prioritization, organizational, and time‑management skills. Collaborative team player with the ability to build effective cross‑functional relationships. Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities and ambiguity. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism. Proficiency with social media platforms (such as LinkedIn) and strong internet research skills.
Education & Certifications:
High school diploma, GED certificate or associate degree required.
