Education :
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources or related field preferred. Equivalent experience may also be considered.Skills:
Excellent PC skills with spreadsheet and work processing experience; Excellent command of the English language in both written and oral forms; Basic Accounting skills: the ability to analyze financial reports and a demonstrated accuracy with numbers; Demonstrated excellence in organization and time management skills; Strong attention to detailYears of Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in office management or administrative roles: Experience in a senior living facility or healthcare setting is highly desirablePhysical Demands :
Sit for extended periods. Occasionally lift between 1-30 pounds. Walk throughout the facility as needed. Maintain visual acuity and good hearing.
