Job Description
Hilco Vision is a global eye care company that combines brands including Bruder® Healthcare dry eye products, M&S Technologies® visual acuity systems, OnGuard® prescription safety frames, Croakies® Eyewear Retainers and B&S optical tools and lab supplies with a distribution and manufacturing platform serving eye care professionals in key global markets including, the USA, Canada, UK, Germany, Australia, China Belgium, and the Netherlands. Hilco Vision's portfolio includes Prescription Safety, Lenscare, Eyewear Accessories, Lab & Dispensing Products, Dry Eye Solutions, Vision Testing Equipment, Pharmaceuticals, and Diagnostic Exam & Surgical Supplies. Hilco Vision is looking for an organized, team-focused HR Coordinator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. This role goes beyond administrative support and plays a key part in maintaining a fair, compliant, and positive workplace. In this role, you'll support onboarding, employee data management, and day-to-day HR operations. This role will be on site in our Fairfield, OH location, M-F 8am-4:30pm. Qualifications:
3-4 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or warehouse environment Exposure to Discipline, Investigations, and employee relations. Strong Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Comfortable working in an HRIS System (UKG or similar) Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Communication skills-verbal and email etiquette Ability to engage and communicate with employees at all levels, adjusting approach as needed depending on the audience Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing Positive, flexible, can-do attitude.Responsibilities:
Partner with HR leadership and front-line managers to provide guidance to ensure consistent application of company policies, progressive discipline and best practices. Own onboarding processes, including new hire orientation, documentation, system setup (E-Verify, HRIS entry, etc.), and badge creation. Enter and maintain accurate employee data in HR systems (new hires, E-Verify, changes, terminations). Support time and attendance processes in HR System Coordinate visitor check-ins, mail distribution, and other on-site support activities. Oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-organized, efficient, and welcoming environment Manage office supplies, conference room scheduling, and general site coordination. Reset passwords and troubleshoot employee system access issues Assist in initiatives that enhance employee morale, such as recognition programs, events and internal communications Respond to general employee inquiries Provide overall administrative support to the HR teamBenefits:
