Job Description :
The Recruiting Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Independence, OH. This role is responsible for supporting the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, attend hiring events, and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers. The Recruiting Assistant will manage applicant tracking systems, schedule interviews, prepare offer documentation, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Daily tasks also include responding to inquiries from candidates and internal stakeholders, maintaining accurate recruitment records, and assisting with onboarding logistics such as background checks and new hire paperwork. The role collaborates closely with HR and department leaders to meet hiring targets and uphold company standards and policies.Qualifications:
Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to build positive relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. Experience with Hiring processes and Interviewing, including coordinating interviews and supporting selection decisions. Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear and professional interaction across the organization. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and basic HR software; strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain accurate recruitment documentation. Previous experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or talent acquisition support is preferred. High school diploma required; an associate or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is beneficial.Pay:
