This role is responsible for maintaining employee records, performing accurate data entry, assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes, supporting payroll and benefits administration, and ensuring HR documentation is organized and compliant. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team. Prepare, maintain, and organize employee files and HR documentation. Schedule interviews, meetings, and employee orientations. Maintain department calendars and track HR-related deadlines. Accurately enter and update employee information in HRIS and other databases. Audit HR data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Generate HR reports and compile workforce data as requested. Track employee attendance, leave requests, and other HR metrics. Process personnel changes such as promotions, transfers, compensation updates, and terminations. Coordinate new hire onboarding activities and paperwork. Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records. Experience 1-3 years of administrative, data entry, HR, or office support experience preferred. Experience working with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications is highly desirable. Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Customer service mindset and professional demeanor.
Pay:
$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
