Trak group is partnering with a growing client seeking an HR Administrator to provide administrative support across HR operations, onboarding, employee records, recruiting, compliance, and employee engagement. This position will serve as a first point of contact for routine employee questions while partnering with HR Generalists, HR leadership, and Talent Acquisition to ensure a positive and organized employee experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling confidential information while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities Serve as a first point of contact for routine employee questions and HR-related inquiries. Provide administrative support to HR Generalists and HR leadership. Assist with employee communications, announcements, and HR correspondence. Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and employee communication activities. Organize and support employee engagement and recognition programs. Enter, update, and maintain accurate employee information within HR systems. Conduct periodic audits of employee records to ensure accuracy and completeness. Support HR compliance audits, recordkeeping, and documentation requirements. Maintain organized and confidential personnel files and employee records. Prepare and process new hire paperwork and onboarding documentation. Coordinate new hire orientation materials, schedules, and onboarding logistics. Ensure required employment documentation is completed accurately and on time. Process employment verification requests and routine employee correspondence. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Manage candidate communications throughout the recruiting process. Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR teams on hiring events and recruiting initiatives. Prepare offer letters and pre-employment documentation. Track candidate pre-employment requirements, recruiting metrics, and hiring progress. Coordinate new hire start dates and ensure a smooth transition into onboarding. Identify opportunities to improve HR administrative processes and efficiency. Must-Haves Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field OR 4+ years of equivalent relevant experience. Experience providing administrative support in a professional environment. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities. Ability to handle confidential employee and business information with discretion. Strong follow-through and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation. Collaborative approach with the ability to support employees, candidates, hiring managers, and HR team members. Preferred Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous HR administrative or HR Coordinator experience. Experience with HRIS or employee recordkeeping systems. Recruiting and interview coordination experience. New hire onboarding and orientation experience. Exposure to HR compliance and employee record audits. Continuous improvement mindset with an interest in improving HR processes.
