Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team! In this vital role, you will serve as a key player in managing and supporting our human resources functions, ensuring seamless operations across talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. Responsibilities Supports the day-to-day administrative and coordination work within Human Resources Assists with onboarding and new hire paperwork Maintains co-worker files and HR records Enters and updates information in HR systems Helps with benefits, payroll, or employee questions Prepares reports, letters, forms, and HR documents Tracks deadlines, compliance items, and follow-ups Supports recruiting, co-worker relations, and HR projects Communicates with co-workers, managers, vendors, and internal HR teams Handles confidential information with integrity while maintaining compliance with employment law, HR legal standards, OSHA regulations, and other regulatory requirements Requirements High school diploma or equivalent and 2 to 3 years of related HR support experience Proficiency in project management techniques to coordinate multiple HR initiatives effectively Excellent communication skills for engaging with employees at all levels and resolving conflicts professionally Familiarity with employment & labor law to ensure legal compliance across all HR activities Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint Bilingual English/ Spanish preferred Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while demonstrating strong organizational skills for effective personnel administration.
