About The Opportunity Support all aspects of Human Resources at the site level, including recruiting and hiring hourly team members, processing payroll, administering benefits, maintaining employee records, and fostering positive employee relations. Serve as a key resource for employees and leaders, helping create an engaging and productive workplace.Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Communicate and support company policies consistently with all personnel. 2. Assist in the hourly and temporary staffing processes, including scheduling interviews, assembling new hire binders and other related activities. 3. Administer payroll and other related activities, such as attendance, vacation and wages. 4. Assist in the administering of benefits; assist employees through the on-line benefit selection process; assist employees with annual benefits enrollment; promote company health and wellness programs; assist with employee benefit questions. 5. Provide general office support, including answering phones, monitoring the visitors' entrance, maintaining office supplies and sending and receiving mail. 6. Maintain employee personnel and medical files. 7. Ensure compliance of relevant federal, state/provincial, and local laws, as well as Menasha Ethics and other corporate-specific policies and procedures. 8. Other duties as assigned. High school diploma or equivalentLevel Desired:
Associate's degree or higherPHR/SHRM-CP
Certification Work Experience Required:
- 2 years of previous payroll processing experience
Desired:
- 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing
- 1-3 years of experience of relevant HR experience
- 1 year experience in a union setting, if applicable Travel Requirements
