Right at Home in Tulsa, OK is hiring a part-time HR Coordinator to join our team. The primary function of this position will be recruiting and hiring qualified caregivers, while also assisting with day-to-day HR functions and administrative responsibilities within our office. As an HR Coordinator, you will play an important role in helping us build and maintain a strong caregiving team. You will be responsible for reviewing applications, communicating with potential candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating the hiring process, completing onboarding requirements, and assisting with employee-related HR functions. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and time-management skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Our caregivers play an essential role in helping us provide compassionate, dependable care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. This position will be an important part of ensuring we continue to recruit and retain quality caregivers who share our commitment to our clients and our mission. The starting schedule for this position will be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM , for a total of 20 hours per week. The first 90 days will serve as a learning and training period to become familiar with our company, systems, policies, procedures, and recruitment process. Following the initial 90-day period, the schedule will be reevaluated based on performance, business needs, and the ability to independently manage the responsibilities of the position. There is potential to add Wednesdays from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM , increasing the schedule to 25 hours per week. Pay for this position will be $15.00-$17.00 per hour , based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities include:

Recruit and source qualified caregivers through Indeed and other hiring platforms Review applications and resumes Conduct phone and in-person interviews Communicate with applicants throughout the hiring process Coordinate interviews and follow-up with candidates Assist with background checks, references, and pre-employment requirements Complete and maintain new-hire documentation Coordinate onboarding and orientation Maintain accurate and confidential employee records Assist with routine HR functions and employee documentation Assist management with employee-related communication and follow-up Help ensure employee files and required documentation remain current Provide general administrative support to the office as needed Candidates must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Previous experience in recruiting, hiring, HR, staffing, healthcare, or office administration is required.
