USD $84,000.00/Yr. 60029 International Motors, LLC Job Description Position Overview The Tulsa IC Bus Plant is looking for a Human Resource Coordinator to join our team! This role focuses on executing routine, structured tasks using foundational domain knowledge while following established company policies and procedures. Working under general to close supervision, the individual exercises limited discretion to resolve issues of defined scope and receives regular direction on assignments. Additionally, the role contributes through independent project work and builds stable, collaborative working relationships across internal teams.
Schedule:
Monday through Thursday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Possibe Overtime, Hours Flexible Responsibilities Functions as a generalist providing daily support in one or more functional areas of human resources to the Plant HR Manager. May write job descriptions, screen resumes and applications and may interview applicants. May counsel employees concerning work-related problems and conduct termination interviews, providing feedback to management when necessary. Maintains records for EEO and affirmative action reporting requirements. Prepares reports in compliance with legislative requirements, collective bargaining agreements or organization needs. Conducts research and analyzes data on assigned projects. May assist in salary planning and establishing and implementing manpower goals, personnel policies and procedures. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree and no experience OR At least 2 years of human resources or labor experience Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. We do not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)
Desired Skills Technical Proficiency:
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to support daily operations and reporting.
Internal Communication & Liaison:
Proven ability to facilitate clear, constructive communication and serve as a effective bridge between management and employees.
Cross-Functional HR Operations:
Versatile skill set gained through cross-training across multiple HR functions, enabling comprehensive operational support.
