Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and capable Human Resource / Administrative Compliance Coordinator. This role sits at the intersection of human resources, administration, compliance, and internal operations. The right person will be someone who enjoys creating order, keeping important details from falling through the cracks, and helping managers navigate employee related processes consistently and professionally. This is a hands on position. We are looking for someone who is comfortable owning recurring HR responsibilities while also identifying opportunities to improve systems, streamline processes, and make day to day operations more efficient. What You'll Do Employee Support & HR Administration Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes Maintain employee records and personnel documentation Assist employees and managers with questions regarding policies, benefits, workplace expectations, and procedures Support performance management, corrective action, and employee relations matters Assist management with sensitive personnel situations when needed Recruiting & Hiring Coordinate job postings and applicant communication Screen applicants and assist with interviews Coordinate preemployment requirements and new hire onboarding Policies, Compliance & Documentation Maintain and update company policies, handbooks, procedures, and employment related documentation Track required renewals, certifications, deadlines, and compliance items Coordinate with management when policy or regulatory questions arise Assist with workplace claims, documentation requests, and agency correspondence Systems & Process Improvement Maintain accurate information within payroll, HR, and internal tracking systems Identify repetitive or inefficient processes and help develop better workflows Create practical systems for tracking deadlines, documentation, and recurring responsibilities Help managers establish consistent processes across multiple areas of the organization What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is dependable, attentive, and exceptionally organized. This person should be comfortable working independently, handling confidential information, and following tasks through to completion.
Strong candidates will have:
Prior experience in human resources, office administration, operations, or a related role Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organization and follow through Confidence handling confidential and sensitive information Strong computer skills and comfort learning new software Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel Good judgment and the ability to communicate professionally with employees at all levels An interest in improving systems rather than simply maintaining themPosition Details Job Type:
