Immediate start through July 15 Hiring ASAP | On-site Position Summary Village Health Care is seeking a Temporary Human Resources Coordinator to support our well-established HR department while a team member is out on leave. This role requires broad HR generalist knowledge with a strong focus on recruiting, onboarding, and new-hire orientation. The ideal candidate can step in quickly, work independently, and support daily HR operations in a healthcare setting. Experience in a skilled nursing facility or medical environment is strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities Support recruiting and hiring activities, including ATS experience, applicant screening, and interview process Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files Ensure HR practices remain compliant with company policies and employment regulations Serve as a resource for employees and leadership on HR-related processes Assist with general HR administrative and operational tasks Qualifications Prior Human Resources experience required Strong experience with hiring, onboarding, and orientation Skilled nursing facility or healthcare HR experience preferred Ability to adapt quickly and work independently in an established department Strong organization, communication, and professionalism Apply today — this temporary role is hiring immediately and will be filled quickly.
