HR ADMINISTRATOR
Accounting/Finance Newport , Oregon temp Apr 21, 2026 We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resource Administrator to join our team and drive our HR initiatives forward. In this pivotal role, you will manage a broad spectrum of human resources functions, ensuring seamless operations across talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. Your energetic approach will help foster a positive workplace culture, support strategic HR planning, and enhance workforce management. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional passionate about shaping organizational success through effective human resources management. Responsibilities Able to work on site to help with compliance tasks such as 19 books General admin support Administer employee orientation programs and conduct regular employee evaluations to promote professional growth and engagement. Manage benefits administration tasks such as health insurance, retirement plans, workers' compensation, and leave management (FMLA), ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws. Support change management initiatives by assisting with organizational design, succession planning, and implementing HRIS (Human Resources Information System) solutions like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors. Facilitate employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, managing conflict resolution, and fostering positive communication across teams. Maintain accurate HR data entry in systems such as Oracle HCM or UltiPro, ensuring data collection integrity for reporting and compliance purposes. Qualifications Proven experience in human resources management or administrative roles within HR environments. Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation procedures, and HR sourcing strategies. Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, ADP, Paychex, Kronos, or Taleo; experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like iCIMS or Lever is preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally and discreetly. Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail in data collection and reporting.
