Job Description

Maintain office supplies for Admin building Upload confidential employee documents to employee files. Assist with recruiting and benefits including Operator phone screening and scheduling. Additional recruiting and benefits duties, as assigned. Execute annual bulk mailing tasks Manage Service Awards and Recognition programs, including updating and create postings and plaques, updating Payroll with recognition award amounts bi-weekly, Manage office/cubicle seating map in Admin building, 5S support for Admin area. HR communications postings and update
N Drive:
Posting folder. Responsible for various employee-facing communications such as benefits termination letters. Managing company email distribution groups and Teams channels by keeping them up to date with new hire information. Additional duties to support Training department and Payroll department, as assigned. Manage Service Awards and Recognition programs, including updating and create postings and plaques, updating Payroll with recognition award amounts bi-weekly,
Position Requirements:
