Job Title:
Human Resources CoordinatorJob Description The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the HR team, focusing on recruitment coordination, employee-facing support, and daily HR activities. This role is essential in creating a positive candidate experience and serving as a frontline resource for employees. The ideal candidate is organized, enjoys helping others, and can communicate effectively with diverse individuals. This position offers a balanced 40-hour workweek. Responsibilities + Assist the HR Manager and hiring managers throughout the recruitment and selection process, from position opening to onboarding. + Create and maintain job postings on internal and external platforms. + Review applications and assist with initial candidate screening. + Coordinate phone screens, interviews, and other selection activities. + Assist with interview preparation, candidate materials, and documentation. + Support candidate communication throughout the recruitment process. + Assist with offer and pre-employment processes, including background checks and drug screens. + Coordinate with recruiting resources and assist with new-hire onboarding. + Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries. + Respond to employee questions regarding HR processes and policies. + Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and team. + Perform HRIS activities, including data entry and reporting. + Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Essential Skills + 1+ years of experience in HR and/or recruiting. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. + Strong organizational and multitasking skills. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Additional Skills & Qualifications + High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred. + Experience with HRIS preferred; UKG experience is a plus. + Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Attention to detail and ability to manage a fast-paced workload. Work Environment This position operates in a professional office environment and is scheduled Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The role requires regular and reliable attendance due to its employee-facing responsibilities. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
