DOE Duration:
Approximately 6 months, with potential for conversion to a full-time opportunity CV Resources is partnering with a well-established Portland-based manufacturing company to identify an HR Coordinator to join their Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who genuinely enjoys working with people and wants a role combining recruiting, employee support, and hands-on HR administration . The ideal candidate is approachable, organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift throughout the day. What You'll Do Support the full recruiting and selection process , including job postings, application review, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication. Coordinate interview panels, facility tours, hiring documentation, background checks, drug screens, and other pre-employment activities. Assist with new-hire onboarding and help create a welcoming candidate-to-employee experience. Serve as a frontline HR resource for employees, assisting with routine questions regarding HR processes, policies, forms, systems, timekeeping, and benefits resources. Help employees navigate HR systems and escalate more complex questions to the appropriate HR team member. Support employee documentation, personnel files, data entry, employee changes, correspondence, reporting, audits, compliance activities, and other HR projects. Perform routine HRIS and timekeeping support , including employee data changes, audits, reporting, and system navigation. UKG experience is a plus. What We're Looking For 3+ years of relevant HR, recruiting, or HR administrative experience preferred Experience supporting recruiting, candidate coordination, onboarding, and employee-facing HR activities Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred Previous HRIS experience preferred; UKG experience is a plus Strong Microsoft Office skills Excellent organizational, communication, and customer-service skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and quickly shift focus as business needs change Strong attention to detail and follow-through Ability to handle confidential employee and candidate information with discretion Why This Opportunity?
