Job Description

Realty ONE Group Supreme is seeking an organized, tech-savvy Onboarding & Platform Specialist to support our growing team of real estate agents. This role manages the agent onboarding process and serves as the in-house expert on our Realty ONE Group systems, including CRM, Website Customization, Marketing Tools, and other internal platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee new agent onboarding from contract to launch Set up and train agents on company systems Provide ongoing platform support and troubleshooting Maintain onboarding checklists and documentation Ensure agents are fully integrated into company tools and processes Facilitate bi-weekly in office workshops
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable learning and teaching technology platforms Detail-oriented and process-driven Willing to travel between our Lehigh & Bucks County offices This is a great opportunity to play a key role in agent success within a fast-growing brokerage.
