Recruiting / Growth About the Role One Source Central Services is seeking a motivated, outgoing, and results-driven Recruiting Coordinator to join our team at our Bethlehem office. This position will begin as a 20-hour-per-week part-time position , with the expectation that the successful candidate will transition into a 40-hour-per-week full-time position as performance and business growth milestones are achieved . The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for identifying prospective real estate agents, initiating conversations, building relationships, maintaining an organized recruiting pipeline, and scheduling qualified appointments with the appropriate Team Leader or Thrive Coach. This is a results-driven recruiting and appointment-setting position ideal for someone who enjoys sales, networking, relationship-building, and helping people grow their businesses.
What You'll Do:
Prospect & Recruit Conduct daily outbound recruiting through phone calls, text messages, email, social media, referrals, and database follow-up. Identify prospective, newly licensed, developing, established, and high-producing real estate agents. Research real estate professionals, production levels, licensing information, and potential recruiting opportunities. Create meaningful conversations that lead to qualified recruiting appointments. Build & Manage the Recruiting Pipeline Build and maintain an organized recruiting database. Keep prospect information, recruiting stages, notes, follow-up dates, and next actions accurate and up to date. Consistently follow up with prospects through calls, texts, emails, events, training invitations, and other value-based touches. Move prospects through the recruiting process from initial contact through appointment, follow-up, and decision. Schedule & Manage Appointments Qualify prospects and schedule appointments with the appropriate Team Leader or Thrive Coach. Confirm appointments and maximize attendance through reminders and follow-up. Provide leadership with relevant information about each prospect before appointments. Follow up after appointments and maintain the next steps in the recruiting pipeline. Support Recruiting Events Assist with recruiting and growth events such as: Career nights Thrive events Business planning sessions Training classes Masterminds Agent panels Keller Williams and office events Workshops Responsibilities include invitations, confirmations, attendance tracking, and follow-up. Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Confident and comfortable communicating with people Motivated by goals and measurable results Comfortable making outbound phone calls Persistent and consistent with follow-up Organized and able to manage multiple prospects at different stages Professional, personable, and energetic Self-motivated and able to work independently Comfortable using databases, CRM systems, email, texting, and social media Interested in sales, recruiting, real estate, business development, or relationship management Able to maintain professionalism and confidentiality Real estate experience is helpful but not required. A strong background in sales, recruiting, customer service, business development, or appointment setting can translate well into this role. Position Structure & Growth Opportunity This position is intentionally structured as a part-time-to-full-time opportunity . Phase 1 - Part-Time 20 hours per week Focus on learning our recruiting systems and processes Building the recruiting database Establishing consistent prospecting and follow-up habits Developing relationships with prospective agents Setting qualified recruiting appointments Phase 2 - Full-Time Transition to 40 hours per week Increased recruiting activity and pipeline responsibility Expanded involvement in recruiting initiatives and events Greater responsibility for appointment generation and pipeline growth Continued opportunity for professional growth within the organization The transition to full-time will be based on performance, consistency, results, and business needs .
