The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll processes, assisting with various HR functions, and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and prior experience in HR and payroll management to effectively contribute to our team's success. Responsibilities Coordinate and process payroll accurately and timely for all staff members. Assist with onboarding new employees, including documentation and orientation procedures. Support HR initiatives related to employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, payroll, and benefits. Collaborate with the HR team to implement best practices in human resources management within a long-term care environment. Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings and screening candidates as needed. Assist in organizing training sessions, staff meetings, and other HR-related events. Ensure adherence to all relevant employment laws and organizational policies. Qualifications Prior experience working within an HR department is required. Demonstrated experience with payroll processing is essential. Knowledge of human resources practices specific to long-term care settings is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
