PM Pay Range:
$25.00
•$29.00 per hour, based on experience Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Payroll & Human Resources Administrator to oversee payroll processing and support essential HR functions. This role is ideal for a professional who is organized, discreet, and comfortable handling both payroll and employee-related responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Payroll Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time. Maintain payroll records, including earnings, deductions, and benefits. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations. Handle tax filings, wage garnishments, and year-end payroll reporting. Human Resources Assist with onboarding, employee records, and personnel file management. Support benefits administration and field employee inquiries. Maintain HR compliance documentation. Assist with employee relations and provide general HR support. Qualifications Experience in payroll administration and human resources. Working knowledge of payroll laws and HR best practices. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly. Proficiency with ADP payroll systems and Microsoft Office. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
