Job Description

We are looking for a dependable part-time Human Resources (HR) Assistant to support daily HR operations for an onsite team in Glenmoore, Pennsylvania. This is a Contract position expected to run for approximately 3 weeks to 2 months, offering a flexible Monday through Friday schedule of 16 to 20 hours per week. The person in this role will help keep employee information accurate, support hiring and onboarding activities, and provide timely administrative assistance across core HR processes.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate onboarding tasks for new hires, including collecting documentation and helping ensure all pre-employment steps are completed on time.
  • Review background screening and required clearance records to confirm compliance before employees begin work.
  • Maintain and update employee files and HR system data with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with recruiting support by posting open positions, reviewing incoming resumes, and organizing candidate information for the team.
  • Check and process employee timecards to help ensure records are complete and ready for payroll review.
  • Respond to routine employee support requests, including assisting with password reset needs and general HR administrative questions.
  • Use HRIS and Microsoft Office tools to track information, prepare correspondence, and support day-to-day departmental workflows.
