Job Description

As the Administrative Services Coordinator, you will oversee the overall Administrative functions with a strong focus on human resources and including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reception in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and as directed by the Executive Director, to assure the proper administrative procedures are maintained. Education :
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources or related field preferred. Equivalent experience may also be considered.
Skills:
Excellent PC skills with spreadsheet and work processing experience; Excellent command of the English language in both written and oral forms; Basic Accounting skills: the ability to analyze financial reports and a demonstrated accuracy with numbers; Demonstrated excellence in organization and time management skills; Strong attention to detail
Years of Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in office management or administrative roles: Experience in a senior living facility or healthcare setting is highly desirable
Physical Demands :
Sit for extended periods. Occasionally lift between 1-30 pounds. Walk throughout the facility as needed. Maintain visual acuity and good hearing.
