SUMMARY OF POSITION
Responsible for providing administrative support to the Employee Health department. The Administrative Associate will perform a variety of tasks including maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings and events, handling incoming inquiries and be the first line of contact for new employees to the organization. May create agendas, flyers, or update and maintain websites and databases.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
(S): High school diplomas or equivalent education Minimum two (2) years experience: Administrative experience Must excel in written and verbal communications Advanced knowledge and application in computer software particularly with Microsoft Office products
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION
(S): Ability to independently manage projects and carry out complex assignments
